Reading a personal diary about exercise order
Reading a personal diary about exercise order. An edited account of source experience, research context and limitations.
This edited account distinguishes personal experience, laboratory research and clinical studies. Individual suitability requires clinical assessment.
This diary records a habit of doing resistance exercise before aerobic activity alongside a period of illness and rest. The author felt that meals, schedules and sleep influenced the ability to continue.
The explanation that resistance exercise empties glycogen to burn fat faster, while aerobic exercise removes lactate and resolves soreness, is overly simplified. Personal weight records and exercise order cannot verify that mechanism, so it is not reproduced as an established prescription.

Food, scale and body-composition images are everyday observations. A daily change does not establish an equivalent change in fat or muscle and cannot be attributed to one food.

Rest during cold-like symptoms, headache and fatigue remains part of the account. The medicines, trapezius procedure and fluid amount mentioned are not recommended as readers’ treatments. The record considers health and recovery alongside exercise order.
