Distinguishing texture and volume goals in lip PN treatment
Distinguishing texture and volume goals in lip PN treatment. An edited account of source experience, research context and limitations.
This edited account distinguishes personal experience, laboratory research and clinical studies. Individual suitability requires clinical assessment.
The source distinguishes lip volume from texture, dryness and fine lines as consultation goals. It asks whether the concern is fuller shape or the surface during movement.
The author reports observing changes in one lip PN case, with photographs approximately six months later. A photo pair cannot establish sustained hydration or slower aging; expression, lighting and individual variation matter.

Different goals for PN and volumizing filler do not mean either method is free of adverse effects or can never require corrective care. Authorization and clinical evidence for the product, area and route also need review.
Procedure-promoting phrases such as the best time being now were removed. Whether care or a procedure is appropriate, and its expected benefits and risks, require individual discussion. PN is not presented as proven to slow lip aging.
