Notes from a seminar at a Merz research center in Germany
Notes from a seminar at a Merz research center in Germany. Source observations, research context and limitations.
This article discusses the source author’s earlier literature, cases and experiences. Research populations and limitations matter; individual diagnosis and treatment require clinical assessment.
The source recalls a Merz Global Radiesse seminar in Germany on 6 December 2024, published later. The author describes traveling from Seoul and being one of two Korean invitees, attending with a dermatologist colleague. Invitation, affiliations and image-use scope require confirmation.
Questions from the laboratory
The seminar considered why CaHA is used and how tissue plane, concentration and particles may influence responses. The source cites Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. 2023;152(2):301–310, discussing fibroblasts and collagen. Exact paper identity and interpretation need checking. “Without inflammation” is not retained as a safety guarantee.
A colleague reportedly presented twelve-month immunostaining findings. The author also gave an English presentation, recalling preparation after an earlier UK talk. These are conference experiences, not controlled evidence for every clinical application.

The author reflects on understanding tissue changes rather than focusing only on a product, and on beauty as recovery of one’s own identity rather than imitation. Such a philosophy does not prove restoration of tissue function. The closing question is whether an intervention has a justified, sustainable purpose. Research-center materials, colleague photographs and recordings still require republication review.
