An account of assessing unevenness after under-eye fat grafting
An account of assessing unevenness after under-eye fat grafting. An edited account of source experience, research context and limitations.
This edited account distinguishes personal experience, laboratory research and clinical studies. Individual suitability requires clinical assessment.
The source records care of a patient concerned about under-eye unevenness after lower-eyelid surgery and fat grafting. Filming commitments made bruising and recovery time a concern, with texture more noticeable under expression and lighting.
Distribution, absorption, inflammation and fibrosis are possible considerations, but this is not a comparative study establishing one mechanism in that patient. Surgical timing, location, tissues and appropriate imaging matter.
The author describes combining ultrasound-guided injections, tissue-plane approaches and additional procedures. Multiple interventions and natural change make each contribution difficult to separate. Basic roles of L-carnitine or choline do not prove the effectiveness or safety of local under-eye injection.
Reports of less visible unevenness and discomfort are personal feedback. Claims of improving dry eyes or fatigue, bruise-free recovery or converting type I collagen into type III were not retained.

No self-massage, fat-reduction or injection instructions are provided. New-medium consent and evidence for the specific preparations and interventions remain review items.
