The third Saturday of my body-profile diary
The third Saturday of my body-profile diary: a personal record from the original blog publication.
This is a personal record from the original publication date. Food, exercise, weight, and procedure experiences describe one person’s circumstances, rather than current treatment recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.

Honestly, I have been feeling so unwell that I have not exercised at all.

Worrying about renovations, an elevator out of service, so much to buy and think about, and so much work at the clinic. Why does my body hurt so much?

I ate old-style fried chicken to regain some energy, and really wolfed it down. My husband likes the breast meat, so all four drumsticks from two chickens were mine.

Yet I weighed less the next day. I was not exercising—perhaps I had lost muscle.

Thinking I needed protein, I ate plenty of meat and chicken breast. I bought a bamboo salad bowl on Coupang. Salad looks so appetizing in it that it even tastes better. A lovely bowl makes me want to eat salad.

My lowest weight this morning, but no energy. Breakfast was pancakes my mother had made, yogurt with granola and honey, and a baguette made by my baker brother-in-law.

Whether from moving or the growing number of patients, I am exhausted. I went to work early, received an IV, picked up medication, and took something for fatigue. Just getting through. My preparation for the shoot is not going well.
