Headaches and the need for rest after a week of cardio
Headaches and the need for rest after a week of cardio: a personal record from the original blog publication.
This is a personal record from the original publication date. Food, exercise, weight, and procedure experiences describe one person’s circumstances, rather than current treatment recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.

Soybean-paste stew for lunch.

I had little appetite at dinner, so just a piece of roasted sweet potato.

I tried a new Starbucks drink, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I barely drank half before throwing it away. I really did not like it.

My weight is about the same.

My daughter loves Lotteria bulgogi burgers. I joined her, with just a burger.

Dinner was sprout salad and chicken breast. The sprouts smelled strongly of greens and tasted bitter, so again I could not finish them. I should buy larger leafy vegetables instead.
Recently I had been doing cardio every day, but developed severe headaches. The one thing I was neglecting was rest. I stayed up too late. With work, exercise, and time with my daughter, my days were busy. After putting her to sleep, I watched movies alone and soon it was past midnight.
Sleeping late made me tired; headaches then stopped me exercising, creating a vicious circle. First, I need to sleep properly.
