The source suggests considering volume and descent together when cheeks appear hollow. Similar facial shapes can have different contributions from bone, fat, skin and previous procedures; one product is not a solution for all cheek hollowing.

The author presents case photographs and a personal view of CaHA tissue responses. Those observations do not establish lifting in other areas or reversal of skin aging.

Claims that repeated energy-based procedures necessarily worsen hollowing or that the era of fillers has ended were not retained. Treatments differ in goals, indications and risks and require direct comparative evidence.

The article preserves a consultation question about hollowing versus descent, including whether a procedure is needed at all. It does not suggest treatment is required because someone is older. Permission for website use of patient photographs remains to be checked.
