Moving house during week four of body-profile preparation
Moving house during week four of body-profile preparation: a personal record from the original blog publication.
This is a personal record from the original publication date. Food, exercise, weight, and procedure experiences describe one person’s circumstances, rather than current treatment recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.
I have not managed to build my physique for this shoot. I will be satisfied just maintaining it. Between moving, revising the renovations, and feeling ill, everything has been hectic.

Still in the 49kg range. What a relief.

My weight went up a little on moving day. Here we go—the move begins!

Moving day was overwhelming. Work had left me too tired to organize anything, so I was completely unprepared. Fortunately, the movers were kind and efficient. We discarded lots of belongings and old furniture and moved successfully.

The new interior looked beautiful. Learning about renovations made me realize how hard an unfamiliar specialist field can be. Patients visiting a plastic-surgery clinic may feel the same worry and fear because they know so little about it. Trusting the contractor helped me feel at ease, and meeting someone trustworthy matters. The Zero Grid owner was kind and did a lovely job.

The contractor sent a plant. Such a thoughtful gift.

An 86-inch TV in a home in the 40-pyeong range—wonderful! It looked huge in the store but less so here. The picture is so clear it feels like putting on glasses in a hazy world.
In the morning I had a little seaweed soup and a spoonful of rice, took my daughter along her new route to school, and went to Pilates. I thought the body aches would stop me, but once there, I found some energy and managed the movements.
The next studio is Flynn, which has Pilates equipment for distinctive photographs. I explained that I was merely maintaining my abs and could not build more muscle, so perhaps I should use Pilates poses. My instructor immediately showed me positions on the Cadillac. I was surprised to manage an unfamiliar movement straight away. It did not look easy.

Years ago I did ballet and felt confident about stretching. After years without doing splits, I wondered whether I still could. Surprisingly, a little!

I should practice so I can at least make these poses look good. Pointing the toes matters.

Last night I was too tired and ate Chapagetti. With no energy in the morning, I had seaweed soup and a spoonful of rice. At lunch I needed energy too, so I simply ate meat and rice.

A simple Salady burger for dinner. Delicious—was it egg and bacon?

At home I finished with tteokbokki and fried squid. The elevator is being renovated, so I climb to the 12th floor. Since yesterday my Galaxy Watch has been congratulating me on 10,000 steps. Today my knees were swollen and sore.

Such tiring days. Time passes and the date approaches. Watch my meals, drink plenty of water, and at least I am walking a lot, even if I have little choice. I am exhausted.
