Restarting my food, exercise, and sleep routine in week three
Restarting my food, exercise, and sleep routine in week three: a personal record from the original blog publication.
This is a personal record from the original publication date. Food, exercise, weight, and procedure experiences describe one person’s circumstances, rather than current treatment recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.

I pulled myself together and began paying attention to meals again. My weight immediately dropped.

For dinner yesterday, I redeemed 12 Salady coupons for a basic vegetable bowl and added chicken breast, 100g of kabocha, and soft tofu for extra protein. I am beginning to tire of vegetables. Afterward I exercised my abs and arms and slept. But I woke after putting my child to bed and ended up sleeping at 1 a.m. This week I want to go to bed at midnight!

By morning I was in the 50kg range. My goal this week is 49!

The body-composition estimate on my Galaxy Watch4 also showed lower fat mass and higher muscle mass.

Lunch was a Salady chili-bacon warm bowl with chicken-breast sausage. The dressing was delicious, but I used only half.

At home I had kabocha and chicken breast. I had no appetite and nearly skipped the meal, but thought that might lead to late-night eating, so I filled up on salad. Time to watch Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha and exercise. D-23. Can I build a little more in about three weeks?
